Ultimate Goku Final 2008 Edition - Cheap, broken and you would have no chance playing against him. He isnt really designed to use against balanced mugen charcters, BUT he is designed to use against super cheap characters and is great fun in watch mode.

Can transform into a super saiyan 3, use spirit bomb, warp kamehameha, dragon fist, solar flare = nearly all of gokus techniques are present in this character.
